Sam Mammen Ocampo, M.D., FACOG (she/her)

Biography

I am a physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a current focus on Maternal-Fetal Medicine. I provide both inpatient and outpatient care for a range of conditions, including high-risk pregnancies, fetal anomalies, and health complications during pregnancy.

I began my academic journey at Penn State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. I then pursued my medical education at the Uniformed Services University, during which time I also joined the United States Army. My commitment to service continued through my Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, where I gained extensive clinical experience in comprehensive women's healthcare. I am currently continuing my training as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellow, focusing on high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal and fetal conditions.

I take a patient-centered approach to care. I enjoy getting to know patients, their families, and their circumstances so I can better understand their lives and provide an individualized treatment plan.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, paddleboarding, and doing puzzles.
