Biography

I am a licensed psychologist and assistant professor of psychiatry at 博彩网站, where I work with the Resident and Faculty Wellness Program. I provide one-on-one therapy to support people who may be dealing with depression, anxiety or challenges related to life transitions or work stress.

In therapy, I focus on building a strong, supportive relationship with each person I work with. My approach is warm, compassionate and straightforward. I use a variety of therapy styles, including interpersonal process therapy, psychodynamic therapy and motivational interviewing, depending on what works best for each individual. I also have experience working with men’s mental health, crisis situations and substance use from a harm-reduction perspective.

Each person’s story is unique, so I tailor my approach based on your goals and what you're going through. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m also committed to providing culturally responsive care and continue to learn about the impact of systemic issues like oppression and privilege to better serve all my clients.

If we work together, you can expect a collaborative, respectful and focused therapy experience that helps you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I’ve worked in many educational and clinical settings and am passionate about helping people navigate personal and professional challenges.
