I am a family medicine doctor who treats patients in all stages of life. I offer full-spectrum care, including but not limited to:

• Geriatrics

As a doctor, I see my role as supporting patients in living the life they choose, without judgment. While it is my job to provide standardized medical advice, it is also my job to understand that my patients have a great deal to teach me about how to best treat their ailments. This is one of the great joys of knowing someone throughout their lifetime. I hope to always learn alongside my patients. I hold the trust my patients place in me as a serious responsibility—one that includes amplifying the voices of those historically excluded from medicine and society. To me, medicine is inseparable from social justice.

I love helping patients find movement, food and mental health practices that support their goals. I’m passionate about breaking down medical jargon and creating a space where patients feel empowered and informed about their care.

Born in California, I grew up in Portland, Oregon, cultivating a love for the outdoors and for team sport dynamics, both of which have shaped many of my worldviews. I studied biology at Colorado College and expanded my Spanish skills through study abroad in Peru, gaining a lifelong commitment to meeting patients where they are—linguistically, culturally and personally.

My path in medicine began at Stout Street Health Center in Denver, where I worked with patients experiencing homelessness. It was there I saw the impact of full-spectrum, relationship-based primary care. That experience solidified my commitment to family medicine, particularly for underserved communities.

Returning to 博彩网站 in Portland, Oregon for my medical degree with a passion for primary care, I pursued chances to engage in the community, including in mobile health care both in Portland and in Grants Pass, Oregon. I also engaged in learning more about how legislation impacts health care and how family medicine physicians can influence change in these areas. I continued to enjoy all aspects of patient care and patient education and engaging in patient advocacy.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee and soccer, spending time with loved ones, participating in any outdoor activity (including trail running, camping, swimming, gardening and biking) and baking/cooking new recipes.
