I am a family medicine doctor who treats patients of all ages, with a special focus on reproductive and sexual health and gender-affirming care, education and advocacy.

I’m passionate about empowering my patients and supporting their right to body autonomy. My clinical interests center around building inclusive, affirming care that recognizes each patient’s unique story and lived experience.

I appreciate the foundational “counterculture” upon which family medicine was established, and I am passionate about maintaining that philosophy, which centers on individual experiences within the context of familial, community and systemic structures, at the heart of my practice. I believe every patient has a unique story, and I view it as a privilege that they are willing to share pieces of that story with me.

During medical school, I volunteered at a student-run clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured, providing essential care to marginalized populations while gaining a deeper understanding of the structural inequities present in the current healthcare system. I also participated in research at the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health, where I worked to highlight the importance of comprehensive sexual, reproductive and gender-diverse education.

I’m originally from Lake Oswego, Oregon, and I’m so happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest for residency and beyond. I earned my undergraduate degree in neuroscience, with a minor in biology, from Santa Clara University. Before medical school, I spent a year serving as a community health worker in Scranton, Pennsylvania, through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. That experience deepened my dedication to community-centered care.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, ceramics, crocheting, volleyball, pickleball and playing card and board games with friends and family.
