About me

I am a family medicine doctor providing care for people of all ages, from newborns to older adults. I offer a full range of primary care services, including:

  • Preventive care
  • Chronic condition management (like diabetes and high blood pressure)
  • Support for sports injuries, anxiety, and chronic pain
  • Women’s health (like contraception counseling, Pap smears and prenatal care)
  • Pediatric care and adolescent care
  • In-office procedures (like joint injections, skin biopsies and vasectomies)

As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, I also provide osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to help with musculoskeletal health and pain.

What matters most to me is building long-term, trusting relationships with my patients. I believe in listening closely, creating a safe and respectful environment, and working together to reach your health goals. My goal is to make sure everyone I care for feels seen, heard, and supported.

I grew up in Commack, New York, studied in Boston, and completed medical school in Arizona. Now I’m proud to bring that experience to the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of work, I love biking with my husband, spending time with our dog, traveling and connecting with friends and family.
