The Faculty Development Summit convenes faculty development stakeholders from across 博彩网站 School of Medicine departments and institutes for peer-to-peer learning, discussion, discovery and planning.

This year's summit will be broken up into three sessions, including an awards ceremony to recognize excellence in faculty development over the past year, a workshop and brainstorming session focused on faculty development strategic planning, and an interactive session designed to let participants practice new skills.

Anyone who currently has, or plans to have, responsibility to support the development of faculty within individual departments, divisions or across the School of Medicine more broadly, is encouraged to participate in the Faculty Development Summit. This would include Department Chairs, Vice-chairs for Faculty Development, Department Promotion and Tenure Committee Chairs/Champions, faculty development program managers, and other faculty or staff responsible for planning and administering faculty development initiatives and supporting  the career development of School of Medicine faculty members.
